Mamcet supplies India's longest Pipe Conveyor system to JSW

Macmet has successfully commissioned the 20.9 km Pipe Conveyor system for JSW in Bellary, Karnataka.  It is India’s longest Pipe Conveyor system, transporting iron ore @ 3,500 tons per hour from Nandihalli yard to JSW site at Toranagallu, District Bellary, Karnataka.

JSW Steel has placed an order on Macmet for a 1.8 km Pipe Conveyor, with a pipe dia of 400 mm, to carry Sinter / Sinter Fines for their Dolvi Unit in Maharashtra.  Macmet is also constructing In-Plant Conveyors for the said Unit.

Building Inplant Conveyor System for JSW Steel

JSW Steel has placed order on Macmet for design engineering, manufacture, supply, erection & commissioning of their Inplant conveyor system (Boundary Line Circuit) consisting of 59 belt conveyors, at their Dolvi Unit in Maharashtra.

Macmet Downhill Pipe Conveyor for Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores

Macmet received an order from Sandur Manganese & Iron Ores Ltd. for a Downhill Pipe Conveyor for transporting iron ore at 300 tph from Kammathuru Iron Ore Mine to Railway Siding at Sandur Taluk, Ballari.

ITD Cementation India Ltd. has placed order on Macmet for the Design, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Inspection, Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning, Guaranteeing, Warranting of Material Handling System (Ash Handling) under Main Contract for engineering, procurement and construction of Multi-Modal IWT Terminal at Haldia, West Bengal, for Inland Waterways Authority of India.

Screening equipment for Tata Projects Ltd.-APPDCL

Tata Projects Ltd. has placed order on Macmet for design, engineering, supply, erection and installation of Stop Log Gates, Coarse Screens, Dual Flow Traveling Water Screens and Trash Racks for APPDCL Krishnapatnam (Stage 2) in Nellore.

7.8 Overland Belt Conveyor commissioned ahead of schedule for UltraTech Cement

Macmet has commissioned ahead of schedule the 1200 TPH, single flight, 7.8 km Over Land Belt Conveyor (OLBC) with 2 nos. Self-Propelled Maintenance Trolley for the 3.5 MTPA Greenfield Integrated Cement Plant of UltraTech Cement, an Aditya Birla Group company, at Dhar, Madhya Pradesh.  The OLBC was supplied and constructed on EPC basis, including civil works, for transportation of Crushed Limestone between the Mine End Surge Hopper to the Inplant Stacker Yard Conveyor of the Cement Plant.
