Haldia Petrochemicals Ltd. has placed order on Macmet for design, engineering, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of a Coal Handling System from Port to Plant & Inplant Stacking System for their CFB Project at Haldia, West Bengal.

Macmet to build 17.6 km Pipe Conveyor running over sea for TANGEDCO-ITD Cementation

ITD Cementation has placed order on Macmet for design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 17.6 km Pipe Conveyor system and conveyor system of Jetty, together with allied electrical instrumentation and control works, on EPC basis for 2x660 MW Udangudi Supercritical Thermal Power Project at Udangudi, District Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu for Tamil Nadu Generation & Distribution Corporation Ltd. (TANGEDCO).  It will be the world’s longest pipe conveyor system running over the sea, having a designed capacity of 3000/3300 TPH for transportation of coal.

JSW Steel (Dolvi) places order on Macmet for Conveyor System

JSW Steel Ltd. has placed order on Macmet for design, engineering and  supply of conveyor system from Jetty Yard A1 in Raw Material Handling System for 10 MTPA Project at their Dolvi Unit in Maharashtra.  The Conveyors will have a designed capacity of 5500 TPH.

Tata Projects Limited has placed order on Macmet for design, engineering, manufacture, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 164 Stop Log Gates with guiding structures and other miscellaneous items, along with mandatory spares, for Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd., Kudankulam, Tamil Nadu.

Rajmahal Coal Mining Ltd. (an Aditya Birla Group Company) has placed order on Macmet for In-Pit Crushing & Conveying system to carry coal at 4000 tons per hour, at Rajmahal Open Cast Mines in Godda District of Jharkhand.  Post commissioning, Macmet will undertake Operation and Maintenance of the system for 3 years.

Macmet has received order for design, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, inspection, supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Urea Handling & Baggage Package for Hindustan Urvarak and Rasayan Ld. (HURL)/Projects & Development India Ltd. (PDIL) fertilizer plant at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.  The package includes belt conveyors for bulk material handling and bag handling, flat conveyor, bagging machine, sticking machine, slat conveyor, wagon loading machine, truck loading machine, flap gates and dust extraction systems.
